Don’t Wait to Get the Special Rate
Important reminder!
The CCEA+ Conference venue is providing our group with a special hotel room rate. Since the room block is limited, be sure to confirm your hotel reservations before August 15th. It’s likely that you need to re-book with the hotel if you made reservations last year or this past spring.
We want to make sure you lock in the discounted price and a good room early. The group rate is around $182 per night, which is substantially lower than their regular rate (especially for a waterfront hotel).
This year, the 2021 Conference will be at the San Diego Sheraton in the middle of September, and time is short. We usually gather for this big annual event at the end of the school year, but this time we’ll be together at the start. The Conference dates are Sept. 16 – 19, with the Model School Gala on Friday, Sept. 17th in the evening.
Online reservations are recommended by the hotel to ensure you get the lower price.

If so, you need to make new reservations now!
While all Conference registrations and Awards dinner tickets transfer automatically to the September dates, the hotel required that all room reservations be cancelled and re-booked. Any 2020 or Spring 2021 hotel reservations have already been refunded back to your school or district. Please make new reservations as soon as possible to secure the better room rate.

Attendees may also contact the hotel Reservation’s Center at 1-888-236-2427: ask for CCEA Plus room rate (limited Wednesday, open Thursday-Sunday). Room block spots usually run out each year.
