Featured School Visits: Daily High School & Will Rogers on 4-30-26

This special award recognizes excellence in alternative education for independent programs. Eligible applicants include Public Charter Schools, Local District Programs, County Office of Education Programs. Designated schools will be awarded in person at the annual Conference, and publicly announced with a list provided to peer schools as exceptional models to replicate in the state of California.

CCEA - AwardsThis new recognition program launched in 2026 due to high demand for programs that support students and educators in this field, currently under-represented. CCEA+ looks forward to working with these important schools and programs!

How to Apply

To apply, eligible schools are asked to submit the following documents:

  1. Application — to be posted during the summer 2026.
  2. WASC Certification
  3. Master Written Agreement

For reimbursement of expenses for review and evaluation, $250 will be assessed during the application process.
