Are you an administrator, director, counselor or teacher working in alternative education? CCEA Plus is proud to announce The Leadership Academy for this fall 2026 — a transformative initiative designed to equip leaders in continuation high schools, community day schools, independent study programs and other alternative education settings with the tools, knowledge, and strategies they need to succeed.
The Leadership Academy offers tailored workshops that focus exclusively on the unique challenges and opportunities within alternative education. With a strong emphasis on the California Education Code and its application to alternative settings, participants will dive into innovative strategies and best practices to foster student success and improve school performance.

This professional development workshop follows the Model School Reading sessions on the Friday before the Leadership Academy.
