A one-year complimentary membership is included in your package fee. You will see this added to your cart separately as part of the registration. Your account will give you special access to our member area online, along with other community benefits.

Details
Display Package includes:
- Display table located in a central area near session rooms location
- Registration and badge for one person (with option to add more attendees)
- Breakfast on Friday, April 23nd
- Breakfast on Saturday, April 24th
- Breakfast on Sunday, April 25th
- Option to add print, web and badge advertising — see below
- Participation in the raffle/auction — see below
- Feature for your company in the interactive Conference app and login access to the app — all Conference attendees will be in the app, and your feature in the app will last 3 months
- Membership access to the CCEA+ website
Display table — $1,250 to start, with additional options to choose from.
Presentations — to be scheduled to present in a seminar (or up to 2 seminars), we ask that you also submit a call to present form after your purchase is completed. We need this additional information to approve the presentation and include the presentation details for attendees in the schedule. This option is only available for vendor packages over $2K. If the presentation is not approved by the organizing committee, the cost for the presentation add-on will be refunded.
Bringing more than one person? Additional vendor attendees with your table, $500 each (includes food shown above for each person). Please include the names of all attendees during Checkout, so we can add them to the Check-in guestlist (required). The standard “Display Table Package” (no addons) includes meals for one person, with the option of adding more attendees.
Interested in more than one display table? To purchase an additional display table or more advertising options, please place a second order. That way, you can configure your options more precisely after your first registration.
Advertising Package options:
In print — quarter page ad ($100), half page ad ($200) or whole page ($400) ad in the Conference program. Or, your logo in the program ($50).
On the web — company logo and link on the CCEA+ website homepage as a sponsor for three months ($3,000, includes whole page print ad in Conference program).
On the badge — Company logo as a sponsor on the back of all Conference badges, with your website URL (space permitting) ($2,000).

After you register:
Our vendor coordinator for the 2027 Conference will be in touch with you directly once you register regarding display area directions, schedule and other benefits for our vendor sponsors. You may also want to consider joining us for the Awards dinners on Friday and Saturday evening. Get tickets
Requirement: we ask each registered vendor to bring at least one item of value to raffle or auction off during the Conference. This is a great opportunity to bring fun exposure to your products and services, and a extra chance to reach all participants.
Restriction for vendor attendees: attendees included with vendor table packages guests may not include CA state educators, principals and employees or district staff.
