A one-year complimentary membership is included in your package fee. You will see this added to your cart separately as part of the fee. Your account will give you special access to our member area online, along with other community benefits.

Display Package includes:
- Display table located in the foyer (session rooms location)
- Breakfast on Friday, April 26th
- Breakfast and lunch on Saturday, April 27th
- Option to add print, web and badge advertising — see below
- Participation in the raffle/auction — see below
- Membership access to the website
Bringing more than one person? Additional vendor attendees with your table, $100 each. Please include the names of all attendees during Checkout, so we can add them to the Check-in guestlist (required). The standard “Display Table Package” (no addons) includes meals for one person, with the option of adding more attendees.
Interested in more than one display table? For additional display table, $824 each with purchase of the package.
Advertising Package options:
In print — quarter page ($50), half page ($100) or whole page ($200) ad in the Conference program.
On the web — company logo and link on the CCEA+ website homepage as a sponsor for three months ($1,500, includes whole page print ad in Conference program).
On the badge — Company logo as a sponsor on the back of all Conference badges, with your website URL ($2,000).

After you register:
Our vendor coordinator for the 2024 Conference will be in touch with you directly once you register regarding display area directions, schedule and other benefits for our vendor sponsors. You may also want to consider joining us for the Awards Gala on Friday evening. Get tickets
Requirement: we ask each registered vendor to bring at least one item of value to raffle or auction off during the Conference. This is a great opportunity to bring fun exposure to your products and services, and a extra chance to reach all participants.
