Sign up for the School Visit trip that will take place during the 2026 Conference weekend. By purchasing, we’ll sign you up for the visits. Space is limited and will sell out!
Trip includes:
- Model School visits with guided tour.
- Bus transportation from the Conference venue, to the schools, and back.
- Lunch with the group, food and drink provided.

Featured School Visits and Bus Trip
The trip will include schools roughly 30-45 minutes from the Conference venue. You’ll have an opportunity to tour some of the campuses and spend time in a question and answer session with a site representative. Registration includes transportation from the Conference venue to the school locations and back to the conference venue. Lunch will also be catered. The buses depart at 8:30am and return around 4:00pm (no later than 5pm). * Please note the end time may change based on the duration of the trip and travel time.
Space is limited, please register early. Sign up is recommended by Tuesday, April 21st; after that date, if extra seats are available, tickets can be purchased on site by credit card only for $250.00 (on the date of the trip).
These events are not included with Conference registration, and are additional event opportunities added on Thursday, April 30th.
Details
Date: Thursday, April 30, 2026.
Pickup: arrive 8 AM, buses leave at 8:30 AM from the Conference hotel venue.
School visit times: 8:30 AM – returning approximately 4:00 PM (no later than 5PM).
Cost: $199.00 per person ($250 after 4/21/26)
Fee includes:
- Model School visits with guided tour.
- Bus transportation from the Conference venue, to the schools, and back.
- Lunch with the group, food and drink provided.
Please note: sign up is a separate add-on to Conference registration. Destinations to be visited may change depending on number of attendees and the schools. Transportation to and from the Conference venue is provided. The bus trip is not included with Conference registration, and requires separate sign-up. Space is limited, please register early.

The agenda and schools will depend on each site’s ability to accommodate our groups, as well as time restrictions and transportation.
There will be more than one bus, each with varying agendas.
