BY INVITATION ONLY – Reserve a display area to promote your small business at the CCEA Plus Conference. Reach an amazing audience of educators, administrators and education professionals across the state of California.
A one-year complimentary membership is included in your package fee. You will see this added to your cart separately as part of the fee. Your account will give you special access to our member area online, along with other community benefits.

Details
Vendor Package designed for small businesses includes:
- Display table located in the foyer / special display area at the Conference venue
- Permission to sell products or services on premise with no commission (approval required on a case-by-case basis)
- Breakfast for one to two people on Saturday, April 26th
- Participation in the raffle/auction — see below
- Membership access to the website
Do you plan to bring more than two people? If so, please let us know during Checkout. We may require a small additional fee for more than two attendees.
Interested in advertising at the Conference? If so, please consider our “Advertising Packages” options below, including print ads in the program, on the CCEA+ website and/or on the Conference badge. Click the button and select “Advertising Packages” in the first dropdown menu.
Advertising PackagesImportant notes & restrictions
- To qualify, you must be a small business.
- All types of business considered, not just education-related businesses.
- There may restrictions on prepared food and food-based products that may compete with hotel catering (venue restrictions).

Our vendor coordinator for the 2025 Conference will be in touch with you directly once you register regarding display area directions, schedule and other details. You may also want to consider joining us for the Awards Gala on Friday evening. Get tickets
Requirement: we ask each registered vendor to bring at least one item of value to raffle or auction off during the Conference. This is a great opportunity to bring fun exposure to your products and services, and a extra chance to reach all participants.
